Notes:	The Artios Awards are given for casting in film, TV and theatre. The CSA was founded by Mike Fenton, Al Onorato and Joe Reich in 1982 under the name "The American Society of Casting Directors". In 1984 the name was officially changed to "The Casting Society of America".
