• Continuity: In the first scene at the smoothie shop, Rob is shown blending Kate's order and the color is a light brown or tan. But when he serves her the smoothie, it's orange.
  
  
• Continuity: When Rob is talking to Kate outside of the courthouse, the collar of his jacket changes positions between shots.
  
  
• Errors in geography: When Angie goes into labor and Kate drives her to the hospital, they are seen in a long shot leaving Philadelphia and heading to Camden, NJ over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Later, the hospital they arrive at is identified as the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
  
  

• Factual errors: Angie cannot open the door to Kate's "space car" (Audi A6) because it is locked despite pulling the door handle several times. If the door is locked in an Audi, the first pull on the handle from inside the car unlocks and the second pull opens the door.
